An Explanation and an Announcement!

Hello blog...I've missed you! Since becoming a single mom three weeks ago, I have no longer have any time. Being a single mom hasn't been too bad so far but it is EXTREMELY time consuming. I also had THREE newborn shoots last week...two of them took more than one day :-/ All I can say is school cannot come fast enough. Of course...it your yearly reminder in August that Christmas is right around the corner! I will have a very limited number of sessions this year because of scheduling issues (unless I get a dependable babysitter) and I will also be holding 3 mini-sessions. These are extremely popular and already filling up fast so if you want one, act quickly! Here are all of the details...just and FYI, I have had requests for the October 18th and the November 15th dates to be places where doggies can be included :)

Here are the dates for the holiday mini-shoots! They will be $50 for 20 minute sessions...maximum of 9 sessions per date so if you are interested, let me know ASAP! I already know that the one in November will fill up VERY fast!

Saturday, October 3rd
Sunday, October 18th
Sunday, November 15th

Times and locations will be determined at a later date once I know who is interested. I am requiring all sessions be paid in full (non-refundable but transferable) to secure your spot. Email me at kristin[at]kristinmizophoto[dot]com to secure your spot or if you have any questions :)

If you want a full session (yay!) please contact me soon so I can get my schedule set and work it out with babysitters :) Thanks for understanding!

Another Fantastic Engagement Session and The Contest!

It's Official

Charlie officially got the call on Thursday. His plane ticket is booked and he is leaving on Friday. The job he ended up getting is a full time job which I am not too happy about...he doesn't know when he can come home. He said he will definitely be home for Christmas. I only agreed to this whole Alaska thing in the first place because he was supposed to be working 6 weeks and then get 2 weeks off. Hopefully that job will open soon and I will be able to see him before Christmas. Until then, I am very grateful that he has work now. We will miss him so much!

I know I've posted these before...but I don't have many pictures of Charlie.















We love you and will miss you so much!

Baby Berkley {Orlando Newborn Photographer}

Brady wasn't into having his picture taken..I actually really like this...it's so indicative of a two year old!



But he warmed up fast :)

MacLellan Maternity {Orlando Maternity Photographer}

I had this idea that the beautiful flowers could rain down on top of her...Brady (the adorable two year old) just kinda chucked a huge handful...so cute!

Odd and Ends and A CONTEST!!

I hope everyone had a fabulous holiday weekend. I know I did! Just a couple of odds and ends...

Remember this adorable pregnant lady??



She had her babies!! Three healthy baby girls to be exact! She made it to 34 weeks (exactly where they wanted her to make it) and all three girls are just perfect. They have been breathing room air since they came out. They will be home in the next couple of days and I will definately post their newborn session on the blog! Wish me luck ;)

Dylan lost his front tooth and it's kinda freaking me out. The gap is SO big! I haven't taken a picture of it yet...but here is a picture of him when the darn tooth was so loose he could push it almost horizontal! You can't really tell in this pic though...



And of course I can't post a pic of Dylan without a pic of Natalie...here she is trying out my new prop! Love it and can't wait to use it with one of my clients :) You can't really see it too well here but I just love Natalie's face in this one.



Ok, onto the contest! I posted this on my Facebook fan page yesterday but I thought I should post it here too (for all of you who aren't on Facebook!).
